Interested in participating in Pioneer Theatre Guild (PTG)?
PTG students act, sing, dance, paint and build sets, operate lighting and sound equipment, design programs, sell tickets, design and make costumes, publicize shows, do hair and makeup design, write, direct, and much more!
If you’re interested in any of the above, consider auditioning for a show or applying to be on one of our crews. No prior experience is necessary. PTG’s mission is to create excellent productions and provide theatre experience and education to our participating students.
PTG proudly produces two musicals, FutureStars (PTG’s annual singing competition), a winter play, and StudPros (a collection of short plays written by, directed by, acted by, and tech’d by students) in a typical season. Students can audition to perform in the shows or apply to work behind the scenes on one of our crews – sets, paint, props, sound, lights, makeup, costumes, and stage management.

- Read our Member Expectations (click here!).
- Talk to your parent(s)/guardian(s) about their PTG responsibilities (click here!) which includes dues (if you are in need of a scholarship, email one of the sponsors, emails below!), selling an ad, food donations for tech week, and job sign ups to help tech week and the shows run smoothly.
